This is the same secure process used when a practice replies snapshot to a KATYCS invitation. There is no second medical questionnaire on this website.
- Request secure access
Website visitors use their business email. An outreach recipient who replied snapshot has already requested access.
- Verify the business email
When secure access is issued, the practice receives a link and a fallback access code at the approved business email.
- Complete the Capacity Snapshot
The protected portal provides the questionnaire and approved non PII templates.
- Discuss the findings
KATYCS explains the review and discusses a suitable next step on a call.
Use the secure Snapshot process only. Never provide raw schedules, patient information, appointment dates, credentials, clinical information, or insurance or payer information.
Secure medical path: Website visitors continue to the separate KATYCS intake portal. Practices that already received an access code can sign in from that page.
